Process:
Lexus is the only brand offering a variety of luxurious cars with hybrid drives. Initially potential customers had no confidence in the new technology and misunderstood the concept. Thus it was necessary to educate people on how the drive operates and what advantages it can offer.
Idea:
Every Lexus dealer center was fitted with a wide touch screen that was used for multimedia presentation with multitude of 3D materials giving detailed description of how hybrid engine works and introducing hybrid drive models offered by the Company.
